All our Bridal & Formal Wear are made-to-order or customized. Processing times are as follows:

• Bridal & Formal Wear: 4 to 8 weeks (depending on design complexity)
• Co-ord Sets & Ready-to-wear: 5 to 10 business days

You will be notified once your order is complete and ready to ship.

• Within Pakistan:  2 to 5 business days after processing
• International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days (varies by location)

Note: International customers are responsible for any custom duties or taxes.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can track your order through our courier partner's website.

Yes, all our prints are digitally designed in-house, ensuring you receive unique, limited-edition pieces that stand out.

We currently offer sizes Small to Large (S-L). For detailed measurements, please refer to our [Size Chart].

At the moment, we do not offer custom sizes. However,we are working on expanding our size range in the near future.

Yes, we deliver all across Pakistan. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Yes, we accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds are not offered, except in cases of A defect or incorrect product sent.

To maintain the quality of prints and fabric, we recommend gentle hand wash or dry-cleaning. Avoid bleach and direct sunlight drying.
